از زمان  تاسیس در سال 2002 بر اتوماسیون صنعتی و قدرت انرژی (برق قدرت) تمرکز کرده است و متعهد به ارائه ی بهترین محصول و خدمات به مشتریان  برای رقابت بیشتر است .

INVT در سال 2010 به بازار عمومی عرضه شده است و اولین شرکت سهامدار (002334)A در بورس اوراق بهادار شنژن در صنعت است. در حال حاضر،INVT دارای 15 شرکت تابعه وبیش از 3200 کارمند، بیش از 30 دفتر داخلی و مراکز گارانتی و 4 شعبه در خارج از کشور است که یک شبکه فروش شامل بیش از 100 کشور و منطقه خارج از کشور را تشکیل می دهد.
